About Berghain, Panorama Bar, Säule Berlin

IO Records

The audiovisual label and artist collective based in Munich is known for releases that are stylistically inspired by various genres such as deep techno, bass music, house and more. Catchy sound design and forward-thinking visual art define the label's diverse output. The basic concept is shaped by the idea that everything between I and O, Alpha and Omega is allowed. Each member shows a different stylistic approach in their work. The label provides a platform for the free creative expression of its members. This results in a colorful palette of sound aesthetics that makes each release unique. Polygonia's live set offers a complex mix of creative rhythms and juicy sound design, characterized by unique synthesizer sounds that create a trippy, organic vibe. MTRL delves deep into hypnotic sounds and incorporates subtle trance elements that evoke a feeling of traveling through soundscapes. Bringing a mix of breakbeats, mind-altering sound design and dynamic bass movements, Tenzia offers a unique sound aesthetic that defies categorization.

With influences from various genres, each artist presents their own distinctive sound approach. Together they create an evening that underlines the label's ethos of unfettered creativity. The result is a living tapestry of sound, each performance a chapter in an ever-evolving story.
