About Prince Charles Berlin

Luvthang pres. Solar, Jane Fitz & Nummer

For our final episode of 2016 we give a smashing high five to our guests who play their debut appearance at Prince Charles tonight. After two decades of promoting, collecting records and DJing out of his home city San Francisco, Solar graduated from a local hero to a worldwide sensation. As a result of mixes for 4/4 institutions such as Resident Advisor and Boiler Room, Solar broke into the dance music community's wider consciousness with high profile gigs for Dekmantel, Love International and Nachtdigital. Well known for his risk-taking but still coherent mixes between Techno, Industrial and House, no-one else deserves the title “a solid DJ’s DJ” better than him.

Jane Fitz has been successfully in the game for over 20 years and has made an undeniable impact on the UK scene through her deep, spacey sets at Freerotation or Field Maneuvers. As a fellow East London resident she apparently needs no further introduction for (UK) underground music lovers.

Always on the look out to expose and promote new fresh talents, our final guests for tonight are the live act and duo Nummer. Originally from France but now residing in Berlin the two will round up tonight's lineup with a DJ set of their trademark raw grooves.

All together - it’s a Luvthang!

PS: We’ll be back in January with a certain blond fuzzy-head who likes to skateboard and released some heavyweight tracks ;)

Line-Up:

+ Solar (No Way Back, San Francisco)
+ Jane Fitz (Free Rotation, Night Moves)
+ Nummer (Going Good, Firecracker)
+ Andi Gee (Luvthang)
